Internet Training Requirements

Microsoft Windows 2000 SP4 or newer

High speed internet connection

1024 x 768 display

Windows Vista Users
Using Windows Vista requires special configuration steps to be taken before the training can be started. Click Here to view an Instructional Guide on how to accomplish these steps.

Windows 2000 and Windows XP Users
Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher you should set your security settings to Medium or lower, to do this in Internet Explorer do the following steps;

• Tools Menu
• Select Internet Options
• Select the Security Tab
• Then select Medium (Medium Low or Low as well are acceptable, but may open your computer to additional security risks)
  If you select Medium then Internet Explorer will ask if you want to install the Authorware Runtime component and run the ActiveX control please let these components run.

Add the following sites to your list of trusted sites

• http://www.training.saftpak.com
• http://www.adobe.com

Ensure that Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone is unchecked

The training will require you to install the Authorware Web Player,
